Forgotten Username
In order to retrieve your LMS username, you can click the 'Forgot your Username?' prompt on your login page.
This will take you to a form where you can enter your email, if your email exists in the system, an email will be dispatched containing your username.
Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password and need to request a new one, you can select the "Forgot your password?" prompt on the login page.
This will take you to a form where you can enter your username and email, if the username / email line up, a password change email will be sent to the email on file to change your password.
If a user is a Portal administrator in their portal, they will be required to reach out to the Support Desk to have their password reset, as this process will not reset their password.
